Description
Role Purpose
- Technical consultancy on Mainframe environments specifically in relation to Identity and Access management practices and controls.
- Working collaboratively with various engineering teams across the organisation to effectively define strategic IAM architecture
- Build, support and provide ongoing maintenance for custom Mainframe feeds into an internal compliance database.
Skills
- Strong expertise in Mainframe technologies, including IBM z/OS and DB
- Extensive experience with Mainframe automation, scripting and programming (COBOL, Rexx, JCL etc)
- Experience with Mainframe performance tuning and capacity planning
- Knowledge of security and data privacy on Mainframe systems, including RACF, ACF2,
- Ability to design and implement Mainframe systems and solutions that meet business requirements
- Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation and release management tools such as, CA Endevor and ChangeMan
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to provide technical guidance to the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and management
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
