What will you be doing?

Key accountabilities include:


  • Partner with your business area to understand the requirements of the role, create an effective recruitment strategy and drive diversity across all roles
  • Build strong relationships with the business & HRBP's being a centre of excellence for recruitment/resourcing
  • Proactively approach and engage talent in the external market, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, particularly in niche roles
  • Work in a high performing, collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on both technical and nontechnical roles
  • Upskill leaders and managers on recruitment best practice

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery, ideally with Finance roles (including proactive sourcing)
  • Prior experience of working in resourcing team in either an inhouse, agency or RPO environment
  • Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment up to senior management level
  • Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
