WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing plan implementation
- Support the Head of Marketing with the planning, execution, and postperformance analysis, of the overall Marketing Activity plan.
- Maintain the company's brand image across all channels to adhere to Brand guidelines for both copy and visual content.
Social Activity across Key Platforms
- Responsible for developing and extending social activity across key social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. This will include helping to inform strategy as well as planning, creating and optimising content for maximum reach and return.
- Stay abreast of innovative, emerging digital platforms and industry trends implementing them to ensure the most relevant content and techniques for reaching and engaging with our target audience are in place.
Company Website
- Assist in the development of the website and ecommerce function for maximum return.
- Drive traffic to company site.
- Monitor, analyse and report on content success.
- Monitor site analytics, making recommendations.
- Support the development of lead nurturing and digital marketing automation
Development and Delivery of Marketing Campaigns
- Target research, creation, execution and monitoring of campaigns.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and produce engaging and inspiring content for all channels including web copy, blogs, electronic newsletters, literature, graphics, and videos.
- Take ownership of projects and campaigns, meeting required deadlines.
- Report monthly on campaign and engagement results to provide insights and suggest further actions to improve engagement through Google Analytics & social listening tools.
Analysis of Data and provision of Marketing Information
- Make full use of the company's CRM to analyse and report on data.
- Carry out research into and report on competitor products, pricing, and activities.
- Support the correct use of CRM
Provision of other support when required
- Assist with the organisation and manning internal and external events (digital and inperson).

- Carry out additional company responsibilities as and when the company requires, or you are asked to do so.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 1 years' experience working within a digitally focused marketing position.
- Experience within social media for marketing purposes.
- Competent copywriter.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Understanding of digital analytic tools including CMS (ideally Wordpress), Google analytics, social listening tools
- Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines for the web.
- A highly creative mind and ability to develop ideas.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
- Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- CIM or digital marketing qualification (desirable).
- Previous experience using WIX (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail
