What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Preston. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you'll be responsible for acting as a focal point for customers and providing a resolution to complaints.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Accurately investigating queries with relevant parties
- Responding to customers within agreed SLA
- Escalating complex queries when required
- Providing thorough support to internal departments in relation to complaint handling
- Completing daily reporting to identify customer status and support investigation
- Supporting the site with operational administration duties
What are the hours?
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What are we looking for?
- Complaints management and resolution experience
- Ability to develop rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Confidence using MS Office packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English
