You will join a global team deliver a first class early careers experience to enable RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) to attract the best talents possible.

In this role you will support to maintain our programmes, organise recruitment and development activities and communicate attraction messages to ensure all Early Careers programmes are positively and authentically delivered.

You will lead on the programme management, supporting our emerging talent across our two year programmes and enhancing our future pipeline of talent through various development programmes.


What you can achieve in this role

  • Delivery of our Early Careers Strategy including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development and programme management alongside global colleagues
  • Implement creative and innovative RWEST early careers employer branding strategies for the UK, and to be an advocate within the early careers community to successfully turn engagement into positive branding
  • Ownership to develop and drive a full communications calendar, which ensures the RWEST early careers brand is 'always switched on', internally and externally
  • The ability to focus on improving inclusivity and diversity through specific initiatives such as the Women in Trading Summer Placement Programme
  • Support the wider Global Talent Attraction, Recruitment & Early Careers Team in delivering our strategic aims across early careers, recruiting, marketing and HR topics

What skills are we looking for

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • Proven work experience in early careers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to seek and build relationships
  • Experience in vendor management to gain the most value from agencies and third parties
  • Datadriven experience with the ability to analyse, evaluate, benchmark and communicate decisions in a logical manner
  • Collaborative experience in a people team builds and maintains strong relationships across the business acting as a learning ambassador with a growth mindset
  • Approachable & Inclusive behaviours creates an environment that allows others to feel comfortable
  • Proficiency with MS Windows, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Please note, that this role will require occasional travel to our Swindon and Essen (Germany) office during recruitment season to support and lead on our graduate assessment centre's, as well as some travel to campus events.
