Sales AdministratorA Global Luxury Interiors Brand are recruiting for an Export Sales Administrator who will work within the sales team supporting our Export Sales Manager on customer enquiries, processing of orders and customer service
This is a hybrid role with excellent benefits and commission / bonus
You will
Follow up on incoming sales enquiries. liaise with new leads, customers, agents and distributors
Process and follow up on quotes and proformas
Liaise with agents on customer orders, samples, brochures and any other relevant information
Ensure all CRM infornation is kept private
You must have
A minimum of 2 years experience of administrative sales support
Fluency in a European language - French or Italian or Spanish
Great interpersonal skills, verbal communication and phone etiquette
Great project and work management skills
Self motivated to solve problems and provide solutions
This is a hybrid role with excellent benefits and commission / bonus
