Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. This role will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the Operations Manager. The Operations Administrator will also be responsible for assisting with the daily office operations.
This role will work closely with our team to ensure that our patients are well taken care of and that our office runs efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a dental office setting preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and computer skills.
- Knowledge of dental technology and computer skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Dentrix or Dental Choice preferred.
- Knowledge of patient charting preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, coworkers, management, and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and answer general questions for patients and office staff; take messages when necessary (preferred).
- Order office supplies; maintain inventory levels; coordinate shipping when necessary (preferred).
- Maintain office calendar (preferred).
- Assist with patient scheduling when necessary (preferred).
Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
