We are looking for an Aviation Security Mentor
to join us at our client site at Belfast Airport.

A typical day in the life as an Aviation Security Mentor
You will be required to mentor Security Agents to the CAA Ground Security Operatives (GSO) syllabus. The Aviation Security Mentor will be the conduit between the station training team and the operational delivery team.

The role will require you to monitor, mentor and audit performance, providing the highest level of coaching to security agents.

Main Responsibilities

To continuously improve the standards and performance of the Security team
Oversee and deliver On Job Training, to ensure a continuous pipeline of Agent sign off remains viable. maintain all records associated with On Job Training
Auditing and monitoring of officers and supervisors' performance
Keeping full and complete training records for all learners to ensure they are effective in their roles, meeting all regulatory, legal, Wilson James and Aviation entity requirements.
