**The School and Role

This large, 'Outstanding' secondary school, based in Newham are looking to appoint a passionate Science Academic Mentor to support their students across KS3 and KS4 on a full-time basis.

The school are interested in hearing from anyone interested in developing a career in education

It is a co-educational school of over 1300 students.

It is vastly oversubscribed within the borough and prides itself on it's academic strength, superb facilities, dedicated teachers and excellent behaviour.

**Requirements
The desired Science Academic Mentor will have.

  • Experience of working with secondary aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
