Description

Excellent training is also provided, along with the opportunity to progress to work on the other areas this company offers.

The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful engineer are as follows:

Responding to machine failures within the agreed SLA
Training staff on sites showing the operational features of the equipment once it is installed
Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed
Working towards a firsttimefix
Providing cover to other areas as required (due to holidays, sick days, etc.)

Skills and experience required:

Minimum of 6 months experience of vending of coffee machine engineering (essential)
Basic understanding of electrical engineering
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem solving skills

Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will all tools, and a tablet and phone. The role will be Monday to Friday, and includes covering 1 in 4 Saturdays. Previous experience as a field service engineer in the coffee or vending industryis essential for this this position.
