We are currently recruiting on behalf of a social housing provider in South East London for a Responsive Repairs Manager on a permanent basis.


Main Purpose of Role:


The Repairs Manager will assist the Head of Repairs to deliver great customer services and excellent quality to the organisation's residents.


Key responsibilities:

Lead and deliver a high performing, professional in-house repairs team.
Lead and deliver associated works in line with Head of DLO direction.
Deliver the required surplus of the repairs trading account, achieving efficiencies and maximising productivity.


Experience required
H&S training related to maintenance delivery Technical Qualifications related to maintenance or construction environment
Repairs delivery experience within maintenance or construction environment
Extensive managerial experience, people and contract management
Knowledge of the tendering and procurement process
Experience with NHF Schedule of Rates
Knowledge of Diary Management systems.

Annual Salary £57,909 36 hours per week plus excellent company benefits. Hybrid two days in the office and 3x days at home
