Business Management UK & GUE Team in London.
The Business Management team of Julius Baer International (JBI) works for the Head of Change, the Head of Business Support as well as CEO of JBI to help manage the organisation across UK.
The team is responsible for supporting the Head of Business Support and Head of Change in the design and execution of business strategy, assume project management roles for strategic and tactical business initiatives, liaise with Relationship Managers on local and global business requirements, and deliver management information to support key business decisions and supervisory routines.
Members of the team must succeed in working across all support functions to enable the Front Office to deliver exemplary client experience and meet its regulatory obligations.
The Business Management Graduate Programme track will include placements in Business Support, a possible international rotation within the Regional Business Management team for Switzerland, Europe, UK and Middle East in Zurich, and within the Change team.

Your Challenge:
What will you work on?
Client Management (internal & external)
- Work closely with Heads of Relationship Management and Front Management to communicate and execute JBI's strategy
- Support Relationship Managers and their Assistants in the rollout of business initiatives and ensure adequate, efficient supervision of the Front Office by supporting it through regulatory change
Business Management and Change management
- Deliver business metrics and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to facilitate decisionmaking and supervisory activities
- Support in delivering business management dashboards to a small group of Relationship Managers
- Attend weekly Business Support team meetings and Change Team meetings, with the possibility of taking ownership of specific tasks
- Assist in the production of Project scorecard tracking for the Executive Committee
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the business to deliver effective and valuable change to JBI by scoping and driving projects spanning many different areas (revenue generation, system landscape, regulation, culture, processes efficiency)
- Project management support and coordination, as well as possible oversight for local strategic and tactical initiatives
- Understand how multiple pieces make up the JBI strategy and develop an ability to see "the big picture"
- Coordinate across functions and regions to deliver on ad hoc business deliverables to execute JBI's strategy

Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Masters' degree (graduation max. 12 months ago)
