£31,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Full Time

Are you looking for a role that allows you to focus on improving quality standards and service user experience within social care?

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring that the care services provided by LJWB to our service users meet the highest quality standards and positively change lives.

The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, monitoring, auditing and evaluating the delivery of LJWBs registered social care services and making recommendations for improvement.
