We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance department as a Sales Ledger / Invoice Clerk.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, processing invoices, recording payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

• Process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoicerelated inquiries and payment reminders.
• Assist in generating reports related to sales ledger activities and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with other members of the accounts team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies related to sales ledger transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to sales ledger management and financial recordkeeping.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent numerical and data entry skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer serviceoriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and continuously improve processes.
