Search Consultancy is delighted to bring to the market an opportunity for an Information and Records Officer.

Role Purpose

A fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design and creation of a new electronic document and records management system.

This will involve working with the business to analyse the current file plan structure in order to prepare for the migration to a modern records management framework.

Essential Experience

  • An understanding of current information and records management best practice, including ISO15489, Section 46 Code of Practice and BS 1000
  • A strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365. Utilising Teams, Outlook and Excel is essential
  • A background in Records or Information Management and experience in the development and implementation of records management processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and comfortable working towards SLAs, objectives and deadlines.
  • Ensuring outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
