We, at Marylebone Sport Club are looking for Basketball Coaches join our club.

Who we are and our Story:
Marylebone Sport Club is a new fast growing club. We offer a football, basketball, tennis, volleyball training to children 6+ year olds, boys and girls. Basketball is the sport we inspire to develop for the children in local area.


Responsibilities of the role:

To stay in line with our policies, procedures and safety standards.

Communicate with parents and customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all team members.

Identify training needs and development for yourself or the team.

Be a role model for customer service at all times to both members and prospects.

Maintain cleanliness of the facilities for a great customer experience.

Help to create an environment where all colleagues enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole.

Undertake any other reasonable duties and attend meetings, which may be required from time to time.


About you:

Previous experience in Basketball coaching, including qualifications.

Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.

A passion for working with and developing children.

Confidence leading small and large groups.

Confidence liaising with parents and members.

Excellent customer service skills.

A desire to learn and develop within the role.

Availability to work evenings and weekends.


Salary and benefits
£ £20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

• Due to the nature of our work you'll need to have an enhanced DBS check before you start._
• This position may interest you if have previously worked in a coaching setting as a sports coach, PE assistant, PE teacher, fitness trainer, fitness coach._
