An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with an excellent track record of Operational management, people leadership, and change management to join as a senior leader at Warrington and Halton NHS Foundation Trust as Associate Director for Planned Care.
You will be working closely with the Associate Medical Director and Associate Chief Nurse.The Associate Director will be responsible for a wide range of services including all Surgical specialties, Cancer services, Endoscopy and Anaesthetics.
The Associate Director, will lead the implementation of patient centred clinical operational strategic plans, ensuring that systems and processes are in place to comply with relevant legislation and governance requirements, linking with external bodies such as commissioners about service developments, contracts and clinical care pathways whilst utilising the expertise and skills of the wider multi-disciplinary team.
