Anglesey Adventured Ltd are recruiting for a trainee outdoor activity provider, to cover the following duties:

Greet customers on arrival and interact in a friendly manner
Keep the stores areas clean and tidy
Help to give kit out to customers (wetsuits etc.)
Assist with kit washing, following the day's activities
Go out on activities with experienced instructors with a view to learning how to assist on activities and then eventually being competent, knowledgeable and confident to lead some activities independently.
Assist the activity manager with general onsite duties such as loading/unloading kayaks onto trailers and similar duties.
Checking medical and disclaimer forms from customers and ensuring they're fully completed
Learning to understand and interpret the computer booking system, collecting customer details etc.

There may be opportunities for the company to invest in some training for the right person, such as First Aid, Mountain Leader etc.

They are looking for someone who is very interested in working in the outdoors, preferably based on Anglesey/Holy Island, being able to drive/have a vehicle desirable though not essential.

Any qualifications in the outdoors would be desirable, but not essential.

The role is season, to start in April, until the end of October.

Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break

Days: 5 days per week though they're not specified as it could be Monday - Friday, Wednesday - Sunday etc. depending on how busy the week is.
