£41,000 plus shift allowance

WAY OF WORKING:
Full time | Permanent

THE CELL LEADER OPPORTUNITY:

Quality - Produce world class quality, first time and every time by following the quality management system, procedures and controls

Efficiency - Minimise down time in key manufacturing areas to increase efficiency to give higher output

Cost - Control spend through labour planning, labour management, controlling consumable usage and upskilling your team to allow flexibility and stability

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

IOSH Managing Safety Qualification
CMI/ILM Level 3 or equivalent leadership qualification
First Aid
Risk Assessment, COSHH and Permit To Work
Fire Marshall
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proven managerial experience in a Manufacturing environment, developing and managing a successful team and engaging the workforce, with a track record of delivering against KPI's
Manufacturing Techniques and Experience in Problem Solving (Lean and CI)
Lean Sigma White Belt
Competency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
Strong communication skills
People/Team Development
