Description

Bristow Holland is recruiting an ERP Support Analyst on behalf of a global organisation based in Dudley.

This is a hybrid working position offering 2 days a week working from home.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing technical support and training to ERP endusers
Working closely with the IT team on the IFS ERP system implementing new processes and specifications if need.
Installing ERP software and streamlining the integration process with IT systems.
Keeping up to date with the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimise performance.

Key Skills:

Previous experience supporting an ERP system or equivalent.
Experience working in a Software Support or Application Support role would be beneficial.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Including Excel).
Able to commute into the Dudley office.
