An exciting opportunity has arisen for Healthcare Assistants to join our Humbelievable bank and support services within the Learning Disabilities service.

We are looking to recruit Band 2 Care workers.


Are you looking to make a difference to the lives of people with a profound learning disability and who have associated complex health care needs.

Granville Court is unique in the trust portfolio of services in that we are a perosns home. We also provide a short break service for families who have a relative with a profound learning disability.


Our bank staff are a vital aspect in the running of our home and if you are looking for a flexible approach to working this could be an attractive post for you.

You do not need to have experience of working in a care environment rather the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference


You will receive an induction to the home working alongside initially with an experienced member of staff who will welcome you to the home and support you through those initial first few days.


The ethos of the home is a life well lived and loved and you will joining an extremely passionate, compassionate, kind and caring team in ensuring that ethos is embedded with the care we provide.


You will also work alongside and be supported by both registered nurses, healthcare assistants, activity coordinators and colleges who together ensure that the residents never lose their sense of individuality in both personality and care delivery.


Every day is different, and your role can and will be as varied as the perrons needs require, however this only adds to the rewards of working at the home.

The shifts are 07:30 to 15:00, 14:30 to 22:00, 07:30 till 20:00, and the nights are 19:30 to 08:00.
