Fixed Term Contract - Currently funded until 31st March 2024

Full-time: 35 hours

The organisation


Here at Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association we are passionate about providing quality and well maintained homes exclusively for people living within the borough of Merthyr Tydfil.

We are a community based Housing Association, providing exceptional services to all our customers.


We are only a small Housing Association, currently managing c.1200 units, with a turnover of £6m and a staff base of 45.

However, we punch well above our weight, particularly with our ongoing development programme, which will continue to increase over the next couple of years.


The opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Housing team to provide appropriate guidance to help and support service users who may lack the basic skills to sustain accommodation independently.

Working alongside stakeholders both internally and externally, this is a busy and varied role that has the opportunity to make a real difference to support service users in the local area.

You will have exceptional communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service within the local community.

Interviews are planned to take place at the MTHA offices and are likely to take place during w/c 13th or 20thMarch 2023.
