We are looking for a Project & Program Governance Lead for our Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI) Chief Security Office (CSO) UK team to be responsible for the pillar wide project management and reporting processes.
You will oversee the implementation of projects best practice across the Network Security Pillar (NSP) programs including the introduction of centralised Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency management and establish Key Indicator reporting metrics for all programs that accurately measure delivery against target.
You will be responsible for the weekly/monthly reporting cadence for MCo and OpCo meetings and associated output that cascade the Pillar wide status to senior management.

Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for governance and reporting related tasks for the whole NSP
- Conducting project planning reviews to reinforce the introduction of best practice across the pillar
- Management of the pillar MCo and OpCo Processes and associated output
- Centralised Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency Management
- Reviewing Metrics, KPIs and Project Burndown with project leads
- Management of Project Resourcing
Your skills and experience
- BSc, BA or equivalent undergraduate degree or comparable experience
- Corporate banking experience
- Experience with large scale, multimillion / multi
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent relationship building skills
- Experience of Project Portfolio Management
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
