Description

This is an exciting time to join a privately owned family business that operates nationally from it's local offices on the outskirts of Norwich.

The business is currently undergoing a period of investment in it's processes and systems and would welcome an individual who wants to contribute to these improvements.

In addition to the above daily activities would include:

  • Point of contact for customers
  • Raising and allocating work orders
  • Preparation and sending of invoices
  • Administration of maintenance contracts
  • Administration of purchase orders
  • Query management

Skills:


  • Excellent communicator
  • Customer service or service industry background preferred
  • Dynamic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Confident computer literacy
