Description
This is an exciting time to join a privately owned family business that operates nationally from it's local offices on the outskirts of Norwich.
The business is currently undergoing a period of investment in it's processes and systems and would welcome an individual who wants to contribute to these improvements.
In addition to the above daily activities would include:- Point of contact for customers
- Raising and allocating work orders
- Preparation and sending of invoices
- Administration of maintenance contracts
- Administration of purchase orders
- Query management
Skills:
- Excellent communicator
- Customer service or service industry background preferred
- Dynamic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Strong administrative skills
- Confident computer literacy
