Description
A care team leader is needed to lead a supported living service.

Must have working care team leader experience, UK driving licence and car, and an NVQ level 3 in health and social care.

You will have experience and the ability to carry out assessments of service users needs, write reports and auditing, supervise staff, spot checks, medication checks, ordering, counting and return of medication, staff rotas.

Will be required to work weekends on a rota bases to undertake call out duties.


Salary:
£10.68-£11.91 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

- working care team leader: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • UK Driving Licence and car (required)
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (required)
