Hours: 37 hours per week, rotating shift pattern (details below)

Key Responsibilities:

Support product production across the factory, either through manual work or machine operation.
Maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Display enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Capable of performing manual tasks like lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to operate machinery and handle general factory tasks such as stamping, trimming, and sanding.
Flexible approach to working hours and openness to a floating shift schedule.

Shift Pattern:

Week 1:
