We are looking to add a new MAFer to our Team and hiring "Supply Chain Coordinator" with the below details


Essential Duties:


  • Providing excellent customer service to customers and overseas partners.
  • Working closely with colleagues, ensuring to maintain the highest level operational performance.
  • Developing relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring the team do not export or release orders without receiving all monies owed on non
- credit account clients.

  • Providing transport companies with all the relevant information to ensure customer collection requirements are met.
  • Ensuring that all relevant information and instructions are collected from customers to complete custom clearance on exports to allow release of cargo.
  • Ensure all Client SOP's & SLA's are followed at all times.
  • Assist with insurance claims in line with company procedures as and when requested by management.
  • Take ownership of accounting issues and queries as and when directed by management, ensuring these are dealt with within 48 hours.
  • Identify and provide early warning to your direct line manager on any issues and problems that could have an adverse effect on deadlines. If not available, escalate to the account manager shown on the client file.
  • Any other duties as required by management.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London,

Greater London:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
