Merchandising Manager - Premium Brand

1 day Central London / 4 days remote

Circa £70,000 Basic + benefits

This is a truly unique opportunity to join a fast-growing independent company embarking upon an exciting period of expansion, diversification, and development.

Part of this development centres around their high-quality fresh foods, drinks, and ambient produceas well as a range of non-food products.

With an expanding retail distribution, the business now requires an experience and highly capable Merchandising Manager to help deliver future growth plans.

The role
This a key role driving commercial success across both retail stores and websites.

The wide ranging and impactful remit includes:

Analysis and insights to make trading performance recommendations
Drive operational processes for products, allocations, stock control
Drive daily; weekly; and monthly trading across all product categories and locations
Grow sales and margins
Work closely with the buying function
Manage seasonal stock inventory including OTB and clearance
Experience of merchandising food products is essential
Leadership from the front with a strong desire to make an impact
Highly analytical and able to seek, identify, and make commercial recommendations and decisions
Highly organised and resourceful whilst adaptable and able to excel in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
