As a Senior Inquiry Strategy Lead you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role responsible for developing and maintaining policy and strategic solutions across the Inquiry program.


This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Inquiry Strategy Lead to lead on the development of strategic solutions on the range of issues which need to be considered including matters such as the support to be provided to POL witnesses.

What you'll need to succeed:

As a Senior Inquiry Strategy Lead, you will Possess the following characteristics:

  • Experience of developing strategic solutions and implementing them; ability to use excellent analytical abilities, balancing both detail and big picture perspectives to advise on complex strategy development in a politically sensitive and complex environment; translating complex requirements into practical workable solutions.
  • Standing up, turning around and leading high performing and engaged teams whilst managing multiple and sensitive relationships and responsibilities. Excellent managerial skills and judgement.
  • Personable and confident but also resilient with the ability to forge relationships within the business, engaging with stakeholders, including at the most senior levels, to influence and gain buy in to new ways of working.
