A well-established and growing law firm is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their reputable Commercial Property team.
This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team that has been recognised in the Legal 500, at aforward-thinking firm that has a strong regional presence and is known for its exceptional standards of legal advice and client service.
The Opportunity
- To advise on all types of commercial property matters and become an integral member of the team.
- A fee earning role with the opportunity of handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from initial client contact through to completion whilst providing outstanding client care throughout.
- A chance to build on your existing knowledge and experience by working closely with commercial property specialists at varying levels.
You will have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
- 2+ years' PQE, although this is only a guideline and those with relevant experience who are outside of this level are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience of handling commercial property transactions and the ability to handle your own caseload.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
