_Our client, a specialist Engineering business, are keen to appoint an experienced Project Coordinator This role is available due to new contract development and growth, so requires an individual who can hit the ground running with experience in the Engineering sector.
_- In this varied role, you will be supporting Project Managers with the design, procurement and construction process on multimillionpound projects._
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum:

Responsibilities:
- You will be the owner of the project document registers, systems, and processes
- You will manage and control the flow of documents and information on projects
- Using Microsoft Software Packages including SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
- Ensuring all documents are submitted through the Document Control Process
- Work closely with our Quality Manager to compile Quality Data Books
- Assisting in the production of weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting with production of documents in various formats
Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within an engineering company is ESSENTIAL
- Familiar with project workflows and working within the design, engineering or construction industries
- Proactive and assertive for chasing and expediting documents
- Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
- Proficient with other MS Office software, Excel and Word etc.
- Clean UK Driving licence
