Our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

The purpose of the role is effectively deal with customer queries and find individual solutions for each customer. You'll be a great fit if you're Empathetic and Resilient.
What Will You Be Doing?
Actively listen to customers, and respond to them in an empathetic manner.
Understand customers' personal situations and effectively provide tailored solutions.
Develop and agree repayment plans, which are bespoke to each customer.
Direct customers to free debt advice, when they are in difficult positions.
Negotiate with customers who have the ability to pay, but choose not to.
Who Are We Looking For?
Have experience working in call centre, retail, hospitality or customer service/sales environments
Are friendly and able to be empathetic to customers
Like to solve problems
Demonstrate great Communication Skills
Want to make a difference
