The role of the Project Manager enables the business to organise and manage the full project life cycle of a range of small to significant internal projects at any time.

This will typically include understanding the project scope, to planning activities, coordinating materials, scheduling, and overseeing the delivery of work, invoicing, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement - all to the PK values and quality standards.

As the Project Manager you will be required to:

  • Work closely with the Project Sponsor and Project Lead to define and agree project scope and deliverables, and put together and maintain the project plan
  • Understand the stakeholders specific requirements and expectations for a range of different projects and then implement these requirements with support from the project team, within scope, time and agreed budget.
  • Monitor key milestones, interdependencies, and deliverables across a range of projects flagging any risks or issues where possible, in a timely way.
  • Lead internal project meetings to develop working relationships with the business, taking care to understand their needs,
  • Communicate with a variety of key stakeholders either internally or externally, with confidence and clarity either virtually or face to face according to need
  • Mentor and support colleagues coopted into the project ream
  • Produce clear, simple, and pragmatic project plans to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
  • Work internally to ensure that project documentation, administration and reporting is completed in a timely manner
  • Working with multiple project teams to deliver organisational and cultural change, including business process development.

Specific requirements for the role include:

  • Strong project management, and operations or administration experience
  • Work to high quality, on time, in a fastmoving environment where you may be juggling several projects at any given time
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently
  • Strong communication skills, building good working relationships both internally and with clients
  • Set and maintain quality standards across all projects
  • Ensuring that all deliverables for your projects are managed, monitored and deadlines are achieved
  • Ability to plan, organise and analyse complex information
  • Experience of manging projects both virtually and physically is preferable
  • Promote and support changes to continuously improve project management
  • A desire to learn and professionally develop with the role.
We have an office in Kidlington, Oxford but work in a hybrid style.

The role would suit someone who can work from the office a couple of times a month or more if they are happy to, the rest of the time from home.

Your package will include a competitive salary in the range of £30,000-£37,000 depending on experience, and opportunities for individual and company-wide bonuses.
