Job summary
We are looking for a Director to join our team in Chelsea London. The role combines responsibility for capital allocation financial planning and analysis FP&A and liquidity management. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen a focus on value creation and the ability to develop and lead a high-performing team. Responsibilities include leading global management reporting processes overseeing group liquidity planning monitoring OpCo & JV performance versus internal external targets analysing variances from plan recommending course corrections benchmarking Opcos business segments identifying best practices developing employee bonus plans coordinating with Investor Relations performing scenario sensitivity analysis coordinating with Tax Treasury Technical Accounting supporting Strategy M&A work leading managing preparation of detailed financial models providing ad hoc support on business planning narrative development facilitating relationship building between Liberty Global portfolio businesses contributing to internal initiatives recruitment training marketing networking.Leadership Internal Engagement:
- Lead coach develop high-performing finance team embed culture collaboration accountability continuous improvement.
- Facilitate relationships between Liberty Global portfolio businesses.
