Our fantastic #TeamPollaine in Stonehaven are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and flexible colleague to join them on a permanent 35 hours per week basis.

The Role


You'll become part of a friendly, fun team who supports a lady and gentleman to live in their own shared home.

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.

Your main aim will be supporting with their day to day needs which involves personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication.


About You
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We will pay you for your training and will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too


All we'll need you to bring is: -

  • Good listening and communication skills
  • A caring attitude and approach
  • Confidence to go in the water as swimming is a regular activity
  • A positive approach to learning
  • Good team working skills along with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Confidence in the use of computers.

Shift Patterns


We're dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, so shift patterns will include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers.

Our typical shift patterns fall between hours and will also involve sleepover shifts of 1500 to 1000 or 1330 hours the following day.


Our sleepover isn't in your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of
£84 for every sleepover you work.
