The role of the Pet Co-Ordinator (formerly known as the Receptionist) is a dynamic, demanding role where no two days are the same.

Calm under pressure you will be professional with a kind and caring nature with a strong desire and ability to build rapport with our clients and their pets.

Able to work effectively in a team, you will often be the first point of contact, so it is essential that you are a great communicator to create a warm and welcoming experience of our clients and their pets.

Attention to detail is a must with the ability to multitask and manage priorities (all with a smile)


To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proven customer care experience ideally in a Veterinary Practice or comparable industry.

Full training provided, in a truly kind supportive and encouraging team

Full and part time positions available, although the ability to work a full shift is a necessity, these are shared equally between the team and are either - 6pm or pm and a 1:4 Saturday pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£10.18-£10.42 per hour
