We are working on behalf of a charity based in Shottery seeing a Finance Officer for an ongoing contract

As a Finance Officer, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Processing monthly payroll for approximately 65 staff using SAGE payroll
  • Use of Sage Line 50 Recording and entering all transactions on SAGEline50
  • Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Control accounts and trading accounts
  • Assisting with monthend procedures and management accounts

To be considered for our Finance Officer role

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • To be available a short notice
  • A good understanding of doubleentry accounting
  • Experience in using accounting and payroll software
  • To be able to commit to the contract.
