We are seeking a senior leader with a passion and knowledge for behaviour management to lead team of secondary consultants to provide support in secondary schools.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a well-established team of Secondary School Improvement Consultants in one of the largest Local Authorities in the country.


Our team provides support and challenge to our Secondary schools with the overall focus of raising standards in our schools.


We are seeking someone who:

- has a passion for developing behaviour support s in our secondary schools through a trauma informed approach
- has excellent presentation and communication skills;
- has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and departmental leadership;
- is able to take a strategic lead in the professional development of teaching professionals in the area of behaviour management in schools
- is able to work as a member of a team providing behaviour management specific support to schools across the LA.
- is up to date with all the latest developments in behaviour management in secondary schools
