Reporting to the Head of Shared Ownership Development an opportunity exists for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to help support the company's on site Sales and Marketing strategy.

This role provides administration and clerical support for the sales department, including responsibility for coordinating the team and supporting colleagues with sales related enquiries/administration from other departments.

Attendance at launch events or home shows may be required.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for utilising and maintaining the agreed systems of filing and Brolly CRM system for all unit sales, recording the key information and responsible for distributing relevant elements to other departments in a timely fashion. Ensuring that data is stored to GDPR and auditable standards.
  • Ensuring that all sales literature, development information and customer information is filed in a clear and orderly fashion within SharePoint.
  • Working with the Sales Manager to collate data relevant to the weekly reporting requirements. Exceptional attention to detail skills are essential.
  • Support the Sales Manager with external sales agencies appointed in the sale of our schemes with the flow of information between parties.
  • Liaising with appointed sales agencies to ensure records meet auditable standards.
  • Liaising with digital, creative, and interior design agencies as required to facilitate a flow of information between stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the consistency of all branding and marketing collateral, including sales literature and site signage at all times. Using branded templates to work with external agencies to create customer facing collateral. Proof reading skills are essential.
  • Liaising with Panel solicitors to ensure all relevant acquisition data is provided, as well as assisting with the flow of legal enquiries to the relevant Development personnel.
  • Assisting external sales teams and or Sales Manager(s), as required with events/launches/home shows, both by attending and with the organisation and preparation thereof.
  • Regular upkeep of the critical day to day trackers including but not limited to budgeting/sales/marketing/scheme checklist. High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time is essential.
  • Assist the Head of SO Development and Sales Manager in the filing and tracking of the RICS valuations.
  • Liaising with the Operations, Management Providers & Customer Care to ensure a smooth flow of information i.e., legal completion notifications
  • Work with our internal systems; i.e. customer database and management platform (Brolly/Sales Force) to assist the management of correct data, sales progression and customer information.

Qualifications Knowledge & Capability**:


  • Experience within a residential developer, RP or Estate agency as a Sales & Marketing Administrator would be advantageous, moreover we are keen to hire an emerging talent with a desire to develop knowledge and build a career within the sales discipline.

IT Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office preferably Office 365 including Powerpoint, Excel and Teams. A knowledge of Salesforce would be desirable.
