About the Role

Duties

  • Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: _
  • Source new vacancies through organisations by building strong relationships
  • Engage employers onto various contracts on behalf of Workpays
  • Work with other Workpays colleagues to understand participant requirements and source suitable job vacancies
  • To put in place necessary documentation and tracking mechanisms to manage activities
  • Take part in regular internal meetings to discuss proactive activities
  • Ensure performance trackers are updated in a timely manner
  • To follow the guidance supplied by DWP in relation to eligibility and delivery
  • Other duties as required by the line manager
  • Successful track record of recruitment and/or sales
  • Self-Motivated and can work on own Initiative
  • Proven track record of meeting challenging contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Possess high level communication, interpersonal and presentational skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the local labour market, sector skills gaps, local employment & skills provision, specialist support networks, and education & training providers
  • ICT literate to intermediate level and confident in using the Office 365 suite, including: Outlook, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
