Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Advisor to join our client's team.

As a Financial Advisor, you will provide personalized financial guidance and investment strategies to clients, building strong relationships and helping them navigate their financial journey.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to evaluate clients' current financial situation and develop customized financial plans.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice on investment opportunities, retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, insurance, and other financial areas.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their portfolios, address their concerns, and offer guidance as needed.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Analyse clients' financial information, including income, assets, expenses, and debts, to develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with their goals.
  • Perform financial forecasting, investment analysis, and risk assessments to recommend suitable investment strategies and financial solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and tax regulations to provide informed recommendations and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other financial professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, to provide holistic financial advice.

Investment Portfolio Management:

  • Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to clients' risk tolerance, time horizons, and financial objectives.
  • Monitor investment portfolios, regularly review performance, and make adjustments as necessary to optimize returns and manage risks.
  • Provide guidance on asset allocation, diversification, and rebalancing to ensure clients' investment portfolios align with their goals.
  • Stay informed about investment products, market conditions, and economic trends to provide timely and relevant advice.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, financial plans, and investment recommendations.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and adapt practices to ensure compliance.

Business Development:

  • Actively participate in business development activities to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
  • Network with potential clients and build referral networks with professionals in related fields.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are highly desirable.
  • Proven work experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar role, with a track record of successful financial planning and investment management.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to clients effectively.
  • Clientfocused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality and act in clients' best interests.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Strong business development and networking abilities.

£24,071.97-£103,114.97 per year
