Are you an experienced multi-site manager or similar?

We have an exciting opportunity for you


As our Early Years Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained across our nurseries.

We are seeking someone who possesses the following qualities:


  • A level 5 or above early years qualification
  • Proven experience in managing multiple nursery sites
  • An openminded and patient approach
  • A positive and resilient attitude with a 'can do' spirit
  • A genuine passion for the early years sector
  • The ability to analyze and interpret data with enthusiasm
  • A commitment to supporting Early Years Professionals be the best version of themselves
  • Superhero skills to drive forward quality
  • Ideally, you will be based in the West Midlands allowing you to effectively oversee your own group of nurseries.
As an advocate for each nursery, your responsibilities will include:

  • Laughing, possibly shedding tears, and celebrating progress with nursery teams
  • Conducting observations and audits to facilitate reflection and improvement
  • With nurseries located across the UK, this role offers an exciting opportunity for you to explore and connect with different communities if you enjoy being on the road.
