FULLY REMOTE CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER (Digital and E-Commerce) OPPORTUNITY
Are you an experienced and engaging Digital Marketing Professional passionate about E-Commerce and building and retaining strong relationships with online retailers?

Would you be excited by the prospect of joining a business who are determined to double in size within the next 5 years?

Ideally you would have existing Marketing experience within the UK bathroom market or a similar sector - however this is not essential

Hansgrohe recently announced an exciting £5 million relocation to a brand new, all purpose-built 44,000 square foot state-of-the-art-facility in Tournament Fields, Warwickshire as they look to grow their already established brand in the UK and Ireland.

Role Overview:


Reporting to the Marketing Director - UK and Ireland, the Channel Marketing Manager - Digital will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing programs/campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness in support of this business channel.

Ensuringthe marketing needs of relevant stakeholders, internal and external, are being addressed from a national and global strategy perspective.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the UK Ecommerce guidelines and best practice in conjunction with relevant sales owners.
  • Identify ways to improve return on investment to maximise Digital Channel marketing spend.
  • Full oversight for marketing budget expenditure, including reporting and tracking.
  • Develop campaign strategies, including the assessment and delivery of all marketing comms.
  • Curate and create content to help drive brand and product objectives.
  • Collaborate with HQ on the development of Google Ads and Search Engineer Optimisation (SEO) campaigns and implement as part of online marketing.
  • Management of Core Product data.
  • Creation and management of eCommerce and Digital specific: PR, social media and eNewsletter plans.
  • Develop an understanding of key customer account requirements, strategic direction and opportunities by developing prosperous relationships.
  • Utilise AAP (and other relevant systems) to optimise reach, engagement and conversion on key SKU's strategic accounts.
  • Maintain regular visits with Sales, Digital Marketing, HQ and key personal clients to ensure strong, up to date market knowledge.
  • Keep clients and agency partners advised of company developments including systems, procedures and products.

What you will need:


  • In depth knowledge of the relevant digital marketing channels with experience identifying and building digital marketing initiative to drive profitable brand and channel growth.
  • Experience of creating compelling and impactful consumer and trade facing communications campaign.
  • Experience within the UK bathroom market, or a similar sector not essential
  • Excellent project management/key account management skills, well organised and being able to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Availability to fully commit to an initial 12month FTC.
  • A real passion for Marketing and driving growth with E-Commerce and Digital.
