A unique & rare opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Administrator to join a committed team at a leading, privately owned, transport company based in Middlewich.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Your Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
1hour lunch break

Your Pay:

- £22,000-£24,000PA dependant on experience

Your job:

Responsible for managing day to day planning of truck and vehicle maintenance/MOT's/Servicing & scheduling
Ensuring coordination with service providers and inhouse mechanics.
All the work is controlled and managed with an industry standard software package
Ensuring job cards are up to date
Matching invoices to job cards to ensure a smooth operating department.

What we need from you:

Reporting to the fleet engineer day to day
Experience in a maintenance department whether that be with a service agent, workshop or in house facility is an advantage but not essential.
You must have an eye for detail
Good communication as there is significant telephone interaction/interdepartmental coordination as part of the role.
