Behaviour Intervention Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Intervention Teacher to join our team at Kings Norton Primary School. As a Behaviour Intervention Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and support the school's commitment to inclusive education.

This is a long-term, full-time position starting as soon as possible, with an ongoing contract. We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual who can deliver tailored behaviour interventions and support class teachers in managing challenging behaviour.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver behaviour interventions for children across the primary age range
Support class teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment
Communicate with parents and carers regarding behaviour strategies and student progress
Assist in covering classes when class teachers are unavailable

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working in a Primary School
Excellent behaviour management skills
A proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour
Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents
A minimum of 2 excellent references from most recent employers

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Intervention Teacher to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children.
