Autobox Logistics is an SME with a head office in Tamworth and logistics office in Maldon, Essex.


Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Management Accountant located in Tamworth.

The individual will work 12-15 hours per week and will be responsible for:

• Produce Monthly Management Accounts
• Nominal Account Analysis
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Monthly Profit Reports to balance between Freight and Accounts system
• Produce budgets and forecasts
• Variance Analysis
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Lead on Cash Book Month End
• Lead on Monthly Close off of Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Authorisation of Bank Payments
• Oversee Purchase Ledger
• Oversee Sales Ledger
• Assist the Auditors on an ad hoc basis
• Reconcile and submit Monthly VAT Return
• Any ad hoc duties to support the Accounts Department in the smooth running of the business

Qualifications/Experience

• Professional accountancy qualification Part/fully qualified i.e AAT/QBE
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Accounting experience
• Proven proficiency in accounting software
• Analytical and problem solving with a mature and logical approach
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience working within similar size SME's

Salary

Competitive salary offered dependent on experience - Final annual salary offered will be pro rated based on working hours per week.
