London / Hybrid role £36,000 - £45,000

- Account opening in the company CRM system
- Maintaining client records including contact details/fees/reporting requirements/regular payments
- Providing client valuations and monitor corporate actions
- Arranging cash transfers and monitor incoming / outgoing payments with custodian
- Client transfers, both onboarding and exiting, including liquidations and inspecie, working closely with custodian and 3rd party providers
- Maintaining a central record of ongoing transfers, reporting issues to investment managers and custodian.
- Ensuring data integrity
- Dealing with questions, queries and issues from management, investment managers, 3rd parties and clients including client portal login queries
Person Specification:
- Experience working in an Investment Operational setting
- Integrity and accuracy when dealing with the firm's books and records for clients
- Competence in performing reconciliations and following up on exceptions
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excel especially.
- Ability to develop and maintain operational relationships with management, investment managers, 3rd parties and clients
- The ability to follow/enhance and initiate procedures to ensure compliance with FCA handbooks on regulations and guidance on best practice
- The ability to resolve issues and provide technical support and advice to management, investment managers, 3rd parties and clients
- Strong 'problem solving' skills to assist with resolving issues promptly
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise key tasks throughout the day
