In this leadership role, you'll be the architect of category success by:
Owning the full financial performance of your assigned category, from initial planning to the final sale.

Partnering with the Buying team to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, maximizing profitability.

Developing and implementing a winning departmental strategy that delivers on sales and profit targets, exceeding customer expectations.
Driving profit growth by monitoring performance, optimizing inventory, and implementing effective mark-down strategies.

Building a data-driven range plan that considers market trends, customer insights, and historical data to curate the perfect product mix.

Optimizing sales density by creating a strategic allocation plan for your category within the store space.
Managing inventory like a pro, ensuring efficient stock flow, exceeding availability targets, and maximizing cash margin.
Building strong supplier relationships to secure timely deliveries and negotiate favorable terms.
Leading and developing your trading team, providing clear objectives, fostering open communication, and nurturing career progression.
