Front of House Receptionist (Part time)

Location:
Yeovil

Rate:
£11 per hour / £15,158

Shift Pattern
:

Working Monday, Thursday and Friday 07:30 to 13:00 / Tuesday and Wednesday 08:00 to 13:00 = 26.5 hrs per week.


Great opportunity to join the front of house team in Yeovil. This position is permanent and offers part time hours.


Essential criteria:

  • Happy working part time hours.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills

Duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
  • Manage access control to the site
  • Front of house duties
  • Manning of the reception area.
  • Management of all visitors and staff.
  • Management of all mail and deliveries.
  • Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
  • Work as part of a customer focused team
