£21,000 - £24,000, Haywards Heath (office based), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension

The Role


Due to an exciting expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a number of Customer Service Administrators to join a fantastic small business in the pet insurance sector.

Working as part of a cross functional team, this role will be responsible for providing Customer Service and administration in relation to customers pet insurance policies.

Answer and resolve customer queries
General policy administration
Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements


Requirements:


We would expect the successful of Customer Service Administrator to demonstrate some customer service administration experience, ideally gained within an office environment.

The role could really suit someone who has worked in a call centre and is now looking for the next step in a smaller, less corporate environment.

You will have great communication skills and be comfortable using computers and picking up new systems. A love of animals is a must and bonus points for an interest in exotic animals

Package

Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (please note, there is potential that this could include some Saturdays in the future)
